    The City of Bowie Gymnasium will offer expanded open gym hours for basketball and volleyball to our members and their guests throughout Memorial Day weekend. The Gym will be open for free play in both sports on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (May 25, 26, 27) from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.

  3. Memorial Day Parade

    May 26, 2018, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ The parade begins at the Belair Annex to Bowie High School and marches down Belair Drive to Sussex Lane and then on to Stonybrook Drive.

    Come out and help us honor and salute our country's brave service members and veterans at our annual Memorial Parade, which will feature a variety of floats, bands, performers, and organizations. The procession will begin the at the Bowie High School Annex and end at Acorn Hill Park at the corner of Stonybrook Drive and Sage Lane.

    Our annual Farmers' Market, which operates every Sunday between May 20 and October 28, is now open! Market visitors will find a broad selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, breads and baked goods, jams and jellies, cuts of beef and goat meat, ice cream, fresh cut flowers, and bedding plants. The participating vendors maintain a Facebook page where you can find the latest information about their offerings.
